We are not currently looking for new Bike Mechanic colleagues to join our small team for the 2024 season but we are always keen to hear from bike people who might want to work with us so please submit an application form or arrange a chat. Our customers rely on us for advice about all aspects of cycling and their trip in general so you should be a cyclist with a good knowledge of the Inverness area and some awareness of routes in the rest of the highlands. Work is normally available from April until September.

Driver - Cyclist Transport

The Driver role mainly involves driving cyclists and their bikes all over the Highlands at the beginning or end of their holiday. There is also luggage to transport so you'll need to be reasonably fit and strong.

You don't need to be a qualified cycle mechanic (yet) but some experience of fixing your own bike would be great. For this role you need to be over 25 with a clean license. A Private Hire Drivers license would be a big advantage.

Hours and days of work are flexible but would likely average about three days per week. We're open 7 days a week and also do some early morning and evening jobs.

Bike Mechanic - Cycle Hire

Working in our bike hire workshop at Bellfield Park Inverness you'll be responsible for providing visitors with a clean and serviced bike and advice on a route that matches their ability.

The biggest task is cleaning and maintaining our fleet of bikes. You'll need a good knowledge of bike maintenance and a desire to make sure every customer gets a spotlessly clean, perfectly maintained bike.

Hours and days of work are flexible but would likely average about three days per weeek but could be up to five days in the summer. We're open 7 days a week and generally work 08:00-17:30.
